About Patrick Ledwell

Patrick Ledwell has performed at the Halifax Comedy Festival.

For two years running, he's been an organizer and featured performer for the Island Stand-up Comedy Showcase. He’s also appeared on the CBC Radio comedy special "Hilarious and Homegrown," and has been a feature comedians on the national CBC Radio show "Laugh Out Loud."

Patrick writes and performs humourous commentaries that air on CBC morning and afternoon shows across the country. He was recently featured on CBC Radio's “Definitely Not the Opera” Valentine Day Special.

Patrick is also a popular performer at corporate conferences and conventions.

Patrick was born and raised on PEI. He lives in Charlottetown, with his beloved and forgiving wife, Tara.

He uses comedy to express the fixations and frustrations of a man in his thirties. His unique descriptions and perspectives capture the hilarity in trying circumstances-- trying to find reasons not to golf, trying to find uses for wedding gifts, and trying to find anything at all in the Home Depot.
